American Medical Response provides tips for safe Thanksgiving

NASHUA - While the holiday season is one of the most enjoyable and anticipated times of the year, it also brings some risks. Namely, this festive period brings a surge of cardiac arrests, with cases frequently doubling in Nashua every year around the holidays. For a litany of reasons, including the overconsumption of food and alcohol, stress from traveling and preparing for get togethers and increasingly cold weather, people experience cardiac arrest at an alarmingly high rate.
