Harbor Care announces 2025 Mobile Health Access Unit schedule
NASHUA – Harbor Care proudly unveils the 2025 schedule for its Mobile Health Access Unit, a vital community resource delivering accessible healthcare and support services throughout the Greater Nashua area. Operated by Harbor Care’s Community Health Services team, the unit directly brings health education, insurance assistance, and other essential services to residents at convenient locations. The schedule begins March 3.
