St. Joe’s welcomes new CFO
NASHUA – St. Joseph Hospital recently announced the appointment of Gerard Hadley as the hospital’s new chief financial officer. He brings a wealth of experience and has a proven track record in financial leadership in the healthcare industry. He will be responsible for overseeing the hospital’s financial operations and playing a crucial role in advancing the hospital’s mission.
Prior to joining St. Joseph, Hadley was the vice president of Finance, Analysis and Planning at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, where he successfully led financial operations and strategy for the $370 million community hospital. His accomplishments include improving the revenue cycle process, overseeing multimillion-dollar expansion projects and playing a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency.

Hadley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College. He resides in Billerica, Mass. with his wife Linda and their two adult children, Michael and Jillian. When he’s not immersed in the world of finance, Hadley enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
