Manchester man threatens patrons with gun at Pheasant Lane Mall
NASHUA – Trevor Hart, 33, of Manchester, was taken into custody on Aug. 24 in connection with a domestic incident involving a firearm at the Pheasant Lane Mall.
Upon arrival at 310 Daniel Webster Hwy., Nashua Police learned that Hart allegedly used a handgun to threaten three mall patrons, one of whom was his former girlfriend. The victims’ identities were not released.
Although Hart left the scene before police arrived, officers were given a description of the motorcycle Hart was driving. He was found a short time later on the highway and placed under arrest. Police also recovered the handgun that Hart reportedly used at the mall.
Hart has been charged with two counts of criminal threatening and criminal threatening – domestic violence.
Under state law, if convicted, Hart could face up to 14 years in prison, up to 10 years probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
He was held on preventative detention and was scheduled to appear in Nashua District Court on Aug. 26.
