Nashua man charged with breaking into cars at Tyngsborough auto dealership
TYNGSBOROUGH, Mass. — Michael Feole, 34, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Nov. 6 in connection with vehicles that were broken into overnight at Modern Auto Sales.
According to the Tyngsborough Police Department, Officers Travis MacMurdo and Bryan Carte arrived at the dealership at 273 Middlesex Rd. at 3:55 a.m. after receiving a report from the dealership owner about suspicious activity.
Police also reviewed video surveillance to confirm that Feole was the suspect.
He has since been charged with three counts of breaking and entering into a vehicle at nighttime, the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having an unregistered motor vehicle.
Under Massachusetts General Law, if convicted, Feole could face up to 60 years in prison.
He was scheduled to be arraigned on Nov. 6 in Lowell District Court.
