NASHUA – Shane Totman, 30, of Nashua, is facing a new series of charges after he was arrested on Oct. 20 for allegedly harassing and assaulting five women at Mine Falls Park.

While searching Totman’s Blossom Street residence, Nashua Police reportedly discovered “several electronic devices and a quantity of a substance believed to be an illegal narcotic.”

Following a forensic examination of the electronic devices, Totman was charged, on Nov. 14, with five counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, possession of a controlled drug and two counts of bestiality. These charges are in addition to the simple assault charge stemming from the incidents at Mine Falls Park.

Totman refused bail on the new charges and is being held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Nov. 15.

Under state law, if convicted, Totman could now face up to 93 years in prison, up to 30 years of probation and up to $30,000 in fines.
