BROOKLINE – Belletetes, Inc, a fifth generation family owned and operated lumber and building materials company in Jaffrey, acquired Bingham Lumber in Brookline this past May.
“The present Bingham Lumber location is nothing like the rest of our business model,” said Micheal Shea, president of Belletetes. “It is a complimentary business, manufacturing custom wood flooring and processing reclaimed lumber which we plan to scale up through our existing business channel.”
Belletetes recently broke ground at the site of the company’s latest acquisition with plans to build a new 20,000 square-foot building that will house a 15,000 square-foot hardware store, offices and lumber counter. Another addition will feature a 30,000 square-foot drive thru lumberyard while continuing the current production of flooring, moldings, etc. The store is expected to have approximately 40 additional employees.
The grand opening of the Brookline location is scheduled for September 2025.
