Attendees reaching out in a frosty groundbreaking ceremony on Dec. 15 to mark an expansion of Crossway Christian Church’s Pond Campus at 503 Main Dunstable Road in Nashua, include these participants, standing from left, Lars Traffie of Hutter Construction in New Ipswitch, the firm that will complete the new ministry facility with its 80 additional parking spaces; Dan Lyle of Nashua; Brooke Detweiler of Nashua; Jeremy Vorce of Merrimack and Riani Martin of Nashua, seen here with Pastor Dave Ripper and wife Erin Ripper and child, residents of Dunstable, Mass., plus other youthful supporters in the foreground. More than 1,000 church goers patronize their choice of three locations — Nashua’s “The Pond” campus at 503 Dunstable Road, or 33 Pine Street in Nashua, or new Milford premises at 419 Elm Street. Sunday worship within the church, founded in 1995, draws patrons from New Hampshire, Massachusetts and elsewhere. Pastor Dave said, “Our mission is practicing the way of Jesus together by pursuing God, building community and unleashing compassion.” Crossway Christian Church offers dozens of programs of assistance to youth, teens, families and the elderly, outreach to the homeless or addicted and community service projects, along with support groups for those grieving.
