Nashua man arrested after driving into oncoming traffic

HUDSON – Aaron Deciccio, 40, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Feb. 4 by Hudson Police after he was allegedly observed crossing the double-yellow line on Lowell Road to pass other drivers on the left while putting his vehicle into oncoming traffic.
According to the Hudson Police Department, Deciccio was pulled over at 5:50 p.m. and became combative with officers as they attempted to place him under arrest.
Although he was ultimately taken into custody, Deciccio continued to be uncooperative and combative.
He has been charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and three counts of resisting arrest.
He was held on preventative detention and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Feb. 5.
Under state law, if convicted, Deciccio could face up to 10 years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $10,000 in fines.
