Final suspect arrested in Nashua Foundries burglary

NASHUA – Joseph Hall, 36, of Nashua, was recently taken into custody in connection with the alleged burglary at the Nashua Foundries last November.

According to the Nashua Police Department, officers responded to 5 Foundry St. on Nov. 17, 2024 for a burglary-in-progress involving three suspects.

Upon arriving at the scene, police allegedly found a vending machine which was damaged with burn and pry marks. The machine’s money container was also damaged and money was found on the floor.

A short time later, officers located Brandon Marsocci of Nashua and placed him under arrest at the scene. The second suspect, Daniel Pacetti of Nashua, was arrested on Jan. 30. Hall was arrested on Feb. 5 and held on $1,000 cash bail. He was arraigned in Nashua District Court the following day.

Hall and Pacetti are charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and acting as accomplices to arson resulting in a loss of more than $1,000. Marsocci is charged with acting as an accomplice to arson resulting in a loss of more than $1,000, acting as an accomplice to criminal mischief resulting in a loss of more than $1,500, criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking.

Under state law, if convicted, Hall and Pacetti could each face up to 14 years in prison, up to 10 years probation and up to $8,000 in fines. Marsocci could face up to 23 years in prison, up to 12 years probation and up to $11,200 in fines.
