Police make 10 arrests under Substance Abuse Reduction Initiative

During a one-month period ending on March 11, the Hudson and Nashua Police Departments arrested the following 10 individuals for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses. Several of these arrests stemmed from when officers were operating under the New Hampshire Substance Abuse Reduction Initiative Grant.
Frank Ducharme, 50, was arrested and charged with two counts of the sale of a controlled drug (buprenorphine naloxone) and the sale of a controlled drug (alprazolam). Ducharme was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 90 years in prison and up to $1.5 million in fines.
James Gibson, 34, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense (fentanyl), being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest. Gibson was held on preventative detention. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 31 years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines.
Adam Young, 38, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (cocaine). Young was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Kelly Duquette, 51, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (cocaine). Duquette was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Chelsea O’Gorman, 31, was arrested and charged with transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and driving after revocation/suspension. O’Gorman was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to two years in prison and up to $4,000 in fines.
Shawn Brady, 35, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense (crack cocaine) and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Brady was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 16 years in prison and up to $6,000 in fines.
Mark Bujold, 58, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense (fentanyl). Bujold was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $4,000.
Emmanuel Vazquez, 46, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense (crack cocaine and fentanyl). Vazquez was transferred to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison and up to $8,000 in fines.
Dennis Little, 62, was arrested and charged with two counts of the sale of a controlled drug – subsequent offense (crack cocaine). Little was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 60 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines.
Blanca Cruz, 35, was arrested and charged with two counts of the sale of a controlled drug (crack cocaine). Cruz was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to 60 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines.
