Nashua teen facing numerous charges after speeding through Hudson

HUDSON – Brandon Paliquin, 19, of Nashua, was taken into custody on March 18 following a high-speed pursuit in Hudson.
According to the Hudson Police Department, officers observed Paliquin at 1:47 a.m. speeding westbound on Ferry Street toward Nashua.
When police attempted to stop him, Paliquin allegedly continued on “speeding through neighborhoods and main thoroughfares, driving past and through traffic control signs and over concrete medians.”
Paliquin ultimately struck a fire hydrant and a parked car on Winnhaven Drive in Hudson. He was then placed under arrest without incident.
Paliquin has been charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, two counts of aggravated DWI; attempting to elude police, traveling at excessive speed, DWI, disobeying an officer, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and transportation of alcohol by a minor.
Under state law, if convicted, Paliquin could face up to seven years in prison, having his driver’s license suspended for up to five-and-a-half years and up to $8,850 in fines.
Paliquin was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Nashua District Court on April 3.
