Nashua man charged with three counts of theft

NASHUA – Adam Masseur, 36, of Nashua, was taken into custody on March 27 on a felony warrant charging him with theft.

According to the Nashua Police Department, in January, officers received several reports of storage units and businesses that had been robbed.

The investigation was continued by the Criminal Investigations Division, which identified Masseur as one of two suspects. The other suspect remains at large.

Masseur has been charged with three counts of theft by unauthorized taking of more than $1,500 (acting in concert)/consolidation, five counts of burglary (acting in concert) and one count of attempted burglary (acting in concert).

Under state law, if convicted, Masseur could face up to 87 years in prison, up to 45 years of probation and up to $36,000 in fines.

Masseur was released on a $600 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on April 30.
