Nashua man indicted on drug charges

CONCORD – Remi Barrera of Nashua was indicted on May 20 for the alleged sale of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl.
According to the Nashua Police Department, Barrera was out on bail when he was arrested on Feb. 11.
He is charged with three counts of selling crack cocaine, subsequent offense and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute in excess of five grams, subsequent offense.
Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to life in prison and up to $1.1 million in fines.
In May 2024, Barrera was arrested by Nashua Police and charged with robbery and kidnapping.
