Michael Earl, of Hudson, has graduated summa cum laude from The University of Oklahoma with a master’s degree in electrical engineering. Earl has achieved the distinction of being named to the President’s Honor Roll there for each semester of his college career.

Hudson Valley Community College

TROY – Several local students were among the nearly 1,600 students named to the spring 2021 president’s list at Hudson Valley Community College.

Each fall and spring term, the college’s President’s List names those full-time students and part-time students registered for at least six college credits who have a term average of between 3.5 and 4.0 and who received no grade of “D,” “F,” “I,” “Z,” or “W” on their record for that term. Students must have completed at least 12 college credits successfully.

Local students who have been recognized include:

• Justin Arnesen, of Nashua, who is studying in the Heating / Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Technical Services academic program.

• Brendon Frost, of Nashua, who is studying in the Heating / Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Technical Services academic program.

• Kyle Swanson, of Hollis, who is studying in the Non-matriculated academic program.

Kutztown University

KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Nearly 2,300 students have been named to the spring 2021 dean’s list at Kutztown University, including Jaylin G Calistro of Temple.

To be eligible for the Dean’s List, an undergraduate student must be registered for at least 12 credits and have a minimum grade point average of 3.60.
