NASHUA – The Nash Casino recently announced that it will host four career fairs at the Nashua Courtyard by Marriott as part of its ongoing recruitment effort.

Currently under construction at the former Sears building at the Pheasant Lane Mall, The Nash is expected to create up to 700 career-launching jobs, contributing $22 million annually in payroll and related costs. There will be open positions for experienced dealers, restaurant chefs and servers, gaming technicians, security officers, administrative staff and more. One career fair is open to experienced dealers, while another, on Nov. 11, Veterans Day, will be open to military veterans only. The final two fairs are open to the general public.

“We are excited to provide training, resources and growth opportunities for hundreds of people to launch their careers at The Nash, and we look forward to meeting future team members at one of our upcoming career fairs,” said Marc Falcone, managing partner of the casino’s parent company ECL Entertainment. “The Nash Casino is proudly supporting veterans by actively seeking to hire and integrate their valuable skills and experiences into our team, which will be a tremendous force for good in the community, providing a premium entertainment and hospitality experience that strengthens the economy, all while generating millions of dollars for local nonprofits each year.”

The four career fairs at 2200 Southwood Dr. are as follows:

Experienced Dealers: Nov. 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Veterans: Nov. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

General Applicants: Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to noon, 1-3 p.m. and 4-6 p.m.

General Applicants: Dec. 10 from 10 a.m. to noon, 1-3 p.m. and 4-6 p.m.

Potential applicants who are unable to attend one of the career fairs are encouraged to visit The Nash Casino Information Center on the lower level of the Pheasant Lane Mall near Target or online at www.thenashcasino.com/careers.

The Nash is anticipated to open this winter. Once complete, the venue will feature three unique restaurant concepts, including fine dining, casual and grab-n-go options, a two-story sports entertainment complex with two full bars, assorted non-gambling games and a wide variety of table games and Historical Horse Racing machines.

When complete, The Nash will be the largest charitable gaming venue in New Hampshire, representing a nearly $250 million investment into the city of Nashua and approximately $24 million in annual contributions for more than 100 local nonprofits.
