LITCHFIELD – Mel’s Funway Park is proud to announce the Grand Opening of Holly Jolly Journey. New England’s largest holiday light show will make its debut on the day after Thanksgiving, November 29th. Holly Jolly Journey invites families, friends, and holiday enthusiasts to experience an unforgettable winter wonderland walkthrough.

Spanning over â…” of a mile, this immersive holiday display transforms the park into a magical holiday adventure featuring millions of sparkling lights and larger-than-life displays. Visitors will journey through themed areas like the Zoo of Lights, Candy Cane Forest, an Arctic Adventure, and the magical North Pole. Along the way, visitors can enjoy seasonal treats such as hot cocoa and s’mores, sip on specialty cocktails, and get photos taken with Santa, all while listening to holiday music and capturing memorable photos at every turn.

To make the opening weekend even more special, Holly Jolly Journey offers free admission for children 12 and under on November 29, 30, and December 1, 2024. This limited-time offer allows families to enjoy the magic of the holiday season together, making it the perfect way to kick off the festivities.
