Come, 27, of 32 Paxton Terrace, was allegedly found in bed with the girl by Nashua Police detectives and members of the U.S. Marshals Service, who had gone to his address in search of an alleged sex offender in “a totally unrelated case,” Nashua Police Lt. Robert Page said.
Detectives subsequently launched an investigation, during which the girl gave them the names of people with whom she allegedly had sexual relationships, police said.
Based on the information, detectives issued arrest warrants for Come and three other suspects, police said. Come was taken into custody Thursday.
Arrested in addition to Come, who was charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, Class A felonies, were:

Leeanne McKinnon
Leeanne McKinnon, 21, of 86 1/2 Ash St., Nashua, charged with five counts of felonious sexual assault, Class B felonies;
Lukos Ceurvels, 20, of 28 Railroad Square, Apt. 35, Nashua, charged with four counts of felonious sexual assault, Class B felonies; and
Jonathan Martin, 28, also of 86 1/2 Ash St., charged with two counts of felonious sexual assault, Class B felonies.
Bail for Ceurvels was set at $50,000 cash or surety, while bail for McKinnon and Martin was set at $25,000 cash or surety.
At Come’s roughly 15-minute bail hearing Monday, Assistant County Attorney Cassie Devine said while Come’s criminal record reflects mostly misdemeanor-level offenses, he is serving a suspended sentence in another case and presents a danger to the alleged victim.

“The state feels the bail, as set, is fair,” Devine said.
Attorney Amanda Steenhuis, a public defender representing Come, asked for $10,000 cash or surety bail, and disagreed that her client presents a danger or is a flight risk.
Come suffers from physical and mental health issues, Steenhuis said, for which he is currently seeking treatment and is in the process of applying for disability.
While the charges are serious, Steenhuis said, there is an indication Come didn’t know the alleged victim is 15.
Devine questioned that assertion, and reiterated her request to maintain Come’s $50,000 cash-only bail.

Judge Charles Temple agreed, stating also that he found probable cause after reviewing the police affidavits.
