City schoolchildren and their families flocked to the 18th annual Nashua Goes Back to School event Thursday at the Nashua Public Library. More than 2,500 children and their family members attended the event, where they received school supplies for the upcoming year, met with school officials, visited vendors and more. U.S. Rep. Annie Kuster and Randi Weingarten, the president of the American Federation of Teachers also attended the event.
