Albert N. Miller
Albert N. Miller, 82, died on Sunday, January 23, 2022, at St. Joseph Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Albert is the beloved husband of Constance (Patti) Miller with whom he shared 47 years of marriage.
Albert was born in Nashua on March 11, 1939 and was the son of the late Leo and Lillian (Begnoche) Miller. He attended schools in the Nashua School system and graduated from Nashua High School with the class of 1956.
In his earlier years Albert had a love for musical theater, and both acted and directed in many Actor Singers performances.
For over 40 years he was employed as a technical writer and group leader at Raytheon until his retirement.
Albert’s true passion was cribbage. He was a member of the American Cribbage Congress for over 30 years where he won many awards for his outstanding gaming skills, and attained the level of Life Master. For years he held a tournament from which proceeds would be donated to Children’s Hospital. During his time as a member Albert received a President’s Award from the ACC for donating cribbage boards to our troops in Afghanistan. Albert will be deeply missed by his family.
In addition to his wife, Constance, he is survived by his two daughters, Leslie Bernier and her husband Dan of Wareham, MA and Jaclyn Miller and her husband Greg St. Onge of Peperrell, MA; his granddaughter Katie Bernier; his sister, Shirley Lepine and her husband Norman of Nashua. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as his cat, Lassie.
Albert was predeceased by his brother Leo Miller.
Relatives and friends are invited to Albert’s pre-funeral visitation on MONDAY, January 31st from 11 AM until 12 Noon at St. Joseph Church, 777 W Hollis Street, Nashua. His Funeral Mass will follow at Noon time in the Church. Interment and presentation of Military Honors will be held in St. Louis Cemetery following the funeral mass.
