Daniel Reardon

Daniel Patrick Reardon, 55, of New Boston, NH passed away on September 11, 2023. He was an amazing father, loving husband, loyal brother, and friend. Dan was born in St. Louis, MO, the youngest of Edward and Annette Reardon’s four sons.

He grew up in Hudson, NH where he made life-long friends. He graduated from Alvirne High School. Dan loved spending time on Lake Winnipesaukee, where he met his wife, Melissa. Dan and Melissa married in 2007 and made a life together in New Boston.

The happiest moments of his life were being a father to Conor and Brennan. He was actively involved in the boys’ sports and activities. Dan started his career in construction, then moved into sales, first as “the ice cream man” and then in the wholesale lumber business. He had a natural ability to talk with people and build rapport with his customers. Dan enjoyed all outdoor activities, including camping, hunting, fishing, skiing, whitewater rafting and backyard lobster bakes.

Family members include his wife Melissa (Basilicato) and sons Conor and Brennan; his father Edward Reardon of New Boston, NH; brothers Michael and Susan Reardon of Clayton, NC; David Reardon of Gilford, NH; Kevin and Kathleen Reardon of New Boston, NH; brother-in-law, Mike and Nisa Basilicato of Seattle, WA; sister-in-law Michele Basilicato and father in-law Mike Basilicato Sr. of North Haven CT; aunts Honora and Katherine Reardon of Concord, NH as well as many cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Annette Reardon and stepmother Jeanette Reardon.

A funeral mass will be held on September 20, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence Church, 1 East Union Street, Goffstown, NH.
