Clarita Teeking Giaquinto

Clarita Teeking Giaquinto, 90, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2024, at The Courville of Nashua in Nashua, NH. Born on August 12, 1933, in Zamboanga City, Philippines, she was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Clarita is survived by her two sons, Raniel Babala and his wife Olivia of Nashua, NH, and Radwin Babala of Rohnert Park, CA. She was the proud grandmother of four grandchildren: Alec, Deegan, Peter, and Aubrey.

She was one of six children and is survived by her siblings, Dr. Plaridel Teeking of Connecticut and Leticia Alcala of the Philippines. Clarita was predeceased by her other siblings. She also leaves behind many nephews and nieces, including Dr. Rieta Silang, who resides locally in Nashua, NH.

In her younger years, Clarita was crowned Miss Zamboanga City in the Philippines, a testament to her grace and beauty. She was a vibrant and lively woman who had a passion for dancing and enjoyed visiting the casino, where she loved the excitement and social atmosphere. Above all, Clarita was a devoted mother who cared deeply for her children and always put their needs first.

The family invites friends and loved ones to join them in a celebration of Clarita’s life. The service will be held at Davis Funeral Home in Nashua, NH. [Logan, please add specific service details.

Clarita will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. She touched many lives and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2024, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at the Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St, Nashua, NH. A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 10:00 am at Parish of the Resurrection, 449 Broad St., Nashua, NH 03063. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend. An interment will immediately follow services at St. Patrick Cemetery, Hudson, NH.
