Lisa M. (Choquette) Casaubon

Lisa M. (Choquette) Casaubon, 58, of Townsend, MA passed away quietly in her sleep on Monday, November 4, 2024, in Gardner, MA. After a long battle with dementia. She was born on February 8, 1966, in Nashua, NH to Claude Choquette and Louise (Fortier) Belley. Lisa was the beloved wife of Russell M. Casaubon, with whom she shared 29 wonderful years of marriage with.

Growing up she received her education in the Nashua School District, graduating with the Nashua High class of 1984. She was employed as an underwriter for Eaton and Berube, as well as working in Insurance and the food service industry throughout her life.

In her free time, Lisa was an active member of the Chelmsford Elks Lodge. She was also an avid golfer, especially in Myrtle Beach which was her 2nd home. Lisa loved to plant her garden each year and would spend time tending both her flowers and vegetables. Above all, Lisa adored spending time with her family and friends the most.

In addition to her husband Russell, Lisa is survived by her mother Louise Choquette-Belly and her husband Yvon Belley of Hudson, FL; her sister Christine Choquette-Leblond of Kailua Kona, HI; her two nephews Devon Leblond and Cameron Cousins; her step-son Eric Casaubon and his wife Jessica of Brookline, NH; her brother Danny Leclerc and his wife Mona of Vero beach, FL; and many aunts, uncles and cousins in the Fitchburg, Leominster, and Garnder area.
