Paul A. Ouellette
Paul A. Ouellette, formerly of Concord and Windham, died Nov. 12 in Nashua after a long battle with cancer. He was 84. He was born in Dover, N.H., Aug. 1, 1940, the son of Blanche and Armand Ouellette. He graduated from Dover High School, and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of New Hampshire. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1964, serving with the Office of Special Investigations (OSI). After being honorably discharged in 1972, he worked as an investigator for the Defense Investigative Service (DIS), an agency within the Defense Department until retiring in 1990. He later served as an investigator for the FBI. He is survived by his wife, Joanne Ouellette, of Nashua; three children, Shannon Huffman and husband Bill Huffman of Ossipee, Scott Ouellette of Salem; and Janel D’Agata-Lynch and husband Joe Lynch of Haverhill, Ma.; grandchildren Ethan, Charlotte, Abigail and Anna; and a brother, Raymond Ouellette of Laconia. He is predeceased by a sister, Gabrielle Ouellette; and a brother, Armand Ouellette. Calling hours will not be held. A private burial service will be held at the New Hampshire State Veteran’s Cemetery in Boscawen. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
