A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Constantine served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War, where he was deployed overseas.

In 1951, Constantine married his high school sweetheart, Rita Collins and together, they shared 65 years of love and partnership until Rita’s passing in 2017. Constantine is survived by his four children and their spouses: Stephen and Martha Liamos, Patricia and Lawrence Pickett, Charles and Karen Liamos, and Edward (Ted) Liamos.
