Eugene Joseph Bourgeois

Jan 7, 2025

Eugene Joseph Bourgeois, 83, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 in Nashua at Premier Rehab and Healthcare.

Eugene was born on September 2, 1941 in Nashua, NH and is the son of the late Joseph and Marie (Lemay) Bourgeois.

Eugene received his education through the Nashua School System. Following his time in high school, he took correspondence courses with NRI.

Eugene very proudly served his country in the United States Marines during the Cuban Missle Crisis until he was honorably discharged in February of 1964.

In his early years, Eugene worked at Jerry’s TV as an assembler; assembling and fixing Ac Dc Radios, and other small electronics. Following that, he was employed at Whitney Screw. He then worked in shipping and receiving for 15 years at Kollsman Inc. For 5 of those years, he proudly had a perfect attendance.

In his free time, Eugene had a talent for building miniature models. He even created a replica of St. Francis Church of Nashua and Jerry and Gene’s TV, his first employer. He also enjoyed the challenge of repairing and troubleshooting electronics. He was a kind and funny person who had a zest for the curious things, never shying away from asking any questions.

Eugene is survived by his good friends, the Cronin Family of Nashua.
