Patricia Ann (Dolan) (McLavey) Straw

Patricia Ann (Dolan) (McLavey) Straw passed away on January 18, 2024 after a brief illness with her family by her side.

Patricia was born on March 31, 1933 to Charles E Dolan and Irene Dufault Dolan.

Patrica was very active in the Nashua Community as she was a Real Estate Agent for many years, the last few years with Harmony Real Estate. Patricia was a member of the NH Republican Women’s Association.

Patricia loved to travel and visited more than 25 countries through the years. Pat and Bob spent many wonderful years at the camp on Neal Pond in Vt. For several years she lived part of the year in the Villages in Florida with her beloved friend Joe Licciardello.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob) Straw and her brother Charles Dolan Jr.

Patricia is survived by her four children, David McLavey and his wife Karen, Stephen McLavey and his wife Kristine, Sheila Halvonik and her husband Brian and Kathleen MacQueen and her husband David. She is also survived by Bob’s children, Stephanie, Timothy, Michael, Jeffery and Becky.

She is also survived by her sisters, Jeanne Conforti and Ann Sevigny as well as her beloved niece Tammy Stewart and her husband Mark and her children.

Patricia, also known as Memere, leaves behind ten grandchildren and five great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was a resident of the Hunt Community for the last several years of her life and loved it there as well as the people who lived there and assisted her there.Following cremation, a time of visitation will be held on Thursday January 23rd from 4:00pm – 6:30pm with a Service of Remembrance at 6:30pm in the Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Ferry Street in Hudson, NH. Burial will be private.
