Madeleine L. Bisset

Madeleine L. Bisset, 92, of Hampton, NH passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at Webster at Rye care facility. She was the loving wife of John P. Bisset Sr. for over 72 years of marriage.
She was born in Marlborough Mass, and was the daughter of the late Ralphael and Florence (St. George) Blanchette. Raised in Hudson Mass, she graduated from Hudson High School with the class of 1950. Madeleine and her husband John were owners and operators of Dave & John Texaco, and three other stations in NH. She retired as head bookkeeper in 1990 after 32 years of service. Madeleine & her husband moved to Hampton, NH in 1997. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and past president of unit 3 in Nashua.
In addition to her husband, Madeleine is survived by her children, LuAnn Beaucher and her husband Robert Beaucher of Hampton, and John P. Bisset, Jr. and his wife Lisa Bisset of Sarasota, Florida., 8 grandchildren, Aaron Beaucher & his wife Jackie, Jessica Ally, Jonathan, Nathan, Michael Rodgers & his wife Tara, John P. Bisset III, Jared & Jeffrey, 3 great granddaughters, Jocelyn & Deanna Beaucher and Ella Rodgers. Her sisters Eva Blanchette of Newton, Mass and Fern Bouley of Nashua, sister-in-law Carol Blanchette of Sarasota Florida, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Ralph “Jim” Blanchette, sister Jeannette Faulkner, and brother David Blanchette.
Family & friends will gather to honor and remember Madeleine for a Mass of Christian burial at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, 289 Lafayette Road, Hampton, NH on Friday, March 7th at 11:00am. Burial ceremony will follow in the chapel at the NH State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH. Relatives & friends are respectively invited.
