Cecile L. Hall

Cecile L. Hall, 90, longtime resident of Amherst, NH, died on February 25, 2025, in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Nashua, NH.
She was born in Nashua, NH on February 13, 1935, a daughter of Leo and Olida (Pelletier) Parent.
Mrs. Hall had been employed as a supervisor at Electro Mechanism Company in Nashua for many years. She met her longtime husband Carroll at Jamie Shoe Company in Nashua, NH. She also helped Carroll run their business, Custom Built Utility Houses for over 35 years on Rt. 101A, Amherst, NH. She enjoyed working on puzzles, her greatest feat of 24,000 pieces. Mrs. Hall also enjoyed working in her yard, and most especially loved spending time with her family.
She was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Church, Nashua.
Mrs. Hall was predeceased by her son, Douglas Hall; her sisters, Annette Lathe and Claudette Demanche and her brother, Norman Parent.
Family members include her husband of 72 years, Carroll W. Hall of Amherst, NH; daughter and son-in-law, Tamara and Joseph McFarland of Amherst, NH, grandchild, Brian and Brigitta McFarland, great grandchild, Attila Trevor, grandchild, Trevor and Amanda McFarland, two great grandchildren, Adrian Frances and Paul Douglas.
Daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Steven Douglas of Lyndeborough, NH; grandchild, Jeffery and partner Charlotte, grandchild, Johnathan Douglas; and two great grandchildren, Owen and Sierra; nieces and nephews. Special friends, Mel and Fred Lawrence of Mont Vernon, NH.
