Elizabeth A. Langone

Elizabeth A. Langone, of Nashua, NH, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025, at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH. She was born on June 11, 1940, in Nashua, NH to the late Francis and Dorothy (Gendron) Pombrio.

As a young girl Elizabeth lived on Blossom Street in Nashua in a 4 unit house which was filled by her family,grandparents, aunts and uncles. She always talked about how wonderful it was there, gathering eggs from the chickens in the garage, and going down to Sandy Pond.

Later in her youth her mom, Dot married Salvatore Laudani and she became a family of five with two step sisters, Annette and Diane (Diane has predeceased her). She also acquired a huge Italian family which she adored.

As a young woman she was married to Rene Lamy with whom she shared two daughters, Kim and Holly. She was a dedicated mom and homemaker. She enjoyed holidays, family get togethers with the five generations, time spent with family in Forge Village, MA and clam bakes at the Franco.

In later years she married Stephen Langone with whom she lovingly shared over 43 years of marriage and were together until she passed. With this union her family grew and she gained two stepsons, Stephen and Dean and a step daughter Dina who predeceased her.

Elizabeth cherished most her time spent with family. She loved to sit around the table chatting about everything from family, movies, politics or the latest news story.

She had a deeply passionate spirit and loved the beauty in nature, especially her blue skies and white clouds. Her heart was moved by music and the well told story portrayed in movies. She loved sitting in the early morning quiet drinking her coffee and watching her little garden while the water fountain bubbled and the birds flit about the bird bath and into their birdhouses Stephen built for them.

She was fiercely loyal to family and would do anything for them.

She’s left this world and those who love her behind to be with Jesus. She’s at peace and lives on in our hearts until we can be with her again.

“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things have passed away” Revelation 21:4

In addition to her husband Stephen, Elizabeth leaves behind two daughters, Kim Morrill and her husband Dave Morrill, Holly Hartson and her daughter by choice Diane Hall, step sons Stephen Langone and his wife Kim Langone, Dean Langone and his partner Amy Knight. She leaves behind six grandchildren, Christopher, Kelly, Sarah, Zachary, Molly and Ryker, and nine great grandchildren. She leaves behind a step sister Annette Rowman and her husband John Rowman and many nieces and nephews. Also she leaves behind her brother in law Michael Langone and his two daughters, Nicole Langone and Lisa Langone and her partner Joe Franzese.

A visitation will be held on SUNDAY, March 9th from 10AM to 12PM at the ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua, NH. Her service will be held in the funeral home at 11:45AM.
