John F. Card

John F. Card, 80, of Hudson, NH, died on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, in Nashua. He was born on April 30, 1944, in Chelmsford, MA, the son of the late Charles Card and Arline (Constant) Card.
John was the loving husband of Connie Card. They were married on June 7, 1980, in Hudson, where they built a life together. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy before embarking on a long career as a dedicated truck driver. For over 30 years, he drove for Teamsters, demonstrating his strong work ethic and commitment to his profession.
John had a passion for playing cards, trying his luck with lottery and scratch tickets, and was a dedicated member of the YMCA, where he would often spend two to three hours a day. He was also an active member of Club National and proudly served as a member and president of the Lafayette Club in Nashua for 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, Connie, and their children: Christine Kirby and her husband Joseph, Catherine Card and her husband Eric Turner, John Card and his wife Pamela, and James Card and his wife Tammy Toussaint. He also leaves behind his five grandchildren: Charles Kirby, Jessica Kirby, Kiersten Card, Ava Card, and Leah Card. Additionally, he is survived by his siblings, Edward Card and Sandra Ashe, as well as Marcia Cox and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother, Norman Card, and his sister, Jeanette Blake.
SERVICES: Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St., Nashua, NH 03064. Family and friends are invited to attend. A private burial will be held at Edgewood Cemetery.
