Sandra (Lorden) Mason

Sandra (Lorden) Mason, 84, of Hollis, NH, left this world on Sunday, March 16, 2025, to reunite with beloved friends and family. Born in Fitchburg, MA, on September 22, 1940, to Charles and Thelma (Leach) Lorden, Sandra was raised in Pepperell, where she was educated in the local school system before graduating in 1958.

In her early years, she worked for her family’s business, Lorden Oil Co., where fate led her to the love of her life, Basil Mason. They were married for over 51 years until his passing in 2017.

Sandra’s greatest joy was the time she spent surrounded by loved ones. She treasured her Saturday night dinners with “the gang” and deeply valued the friendships and connections she built through the Hollis Senior meetups. Her warmth and kindness will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Sandra is survived by her children, Robyn L. Tolstrup, Kevin C. Mason, and Todd M. Mason, Sr.; as well as by many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. SERVICES: A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 4-6 pm at the Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St, Nashua, NH. A Church service will be held the following week at 10 am on Friday, April 4, 2025, at St John Neuman Catholic Church, 708 Milford Rd, Merrimack, NH, followed by the burial at North Cemetery, 304 Silver Lake Road, Hollis, NH. Friends and family are invited to attend.
