Letter to the Editor
Dear Editor,
Do you want to help build homes for local families?
Do you or someone you know have land that Habitat for Humanity could use?
Last fall, Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity completed a new duplex in Nashua. Our newest Partner Families, two Veterans and their children, received the keys to their new homes and interest free loans. Since 1994, we have partnered with 16 families to make their dream of home ownership a reality. We could not have done this without the support of our community.
Our biggest challenge in making home ownership a reality for more families is finding affordable suitable land on which to build. Can you help? We serve the communities of Amherst, Brookline, Greenville, Hollis, Hudson, Lyndeborough, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Nashua, Pelham, Wilton and Windham. Do you know of a buildable lot in any of these communities that could be donated or sold to us at a favorable price?
GNHFH is a 501(c)(3) organization, so a donation or reduction in price may be tax deductible.
Please contact us if you are interested in discussing a possible donation or sale of land; call 603-883-0295 ext. 11 or via email at christa.tsechrintzis@nashabitat.org.
If you are interested in other ways to support GNHFH, please visit our website, www.nashuahabitat.org/. Donations of funds, land, cars, goods and services may be made through our website or coordinating with us at 603-883-0295.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.
