HS Roundup: Big night for South volleyball; Campbell’s Delia hits 100
It was a special night Thursday at Nashua High School South’s Belanger Gym.
Not just because the Panthers got a rare win over Hollis Brookline, but also because it was their Dig Pink Night, raising over $600 for breast cancer research.
“It was awesome,” South coach Tom Langer said of the entire affair.
It wasn’t the only local high school sports event of the day, of course, as there was a milestone for a local boys soccer player.
Here’s the day’s rundown:

NASHUA SOUTH 3, HOLLIS BROOKLINE 0
The Panthers moved to 11-4 with a 25-20, 25-17, 26-24 sweep of the Cavs, led by Mia Suljic’s nine kills, 12 digs and four aces. Molly Lecklider had eight kills, 11 digs and four aces while Rebecca Walters added 12 assists, six digs and three aces.
